Phase I: Lease and upgrade a factory in the Second Industrial City in southern Riyadh. Plan to invest in 3 production lines for RAC (residential air conditioners) and MBT (commercial air conditioners). The factory area will be 20,000m2, with a theoretical annual capacity of 500,000 units per year. The total investment is approximately 100 million SAR. If the situation remains optimistic and positive after two to three years of operation, manufacturing investment will be increased; Phase II: Starting in 2027, purchase land and build a factory with a planned construction area of 50,000m2 and a factory site area of approximately 70,000m2. The project cycle is expected to be 17 months; Deploy Midea's manufacturing system capabilities in quality control, digitalization, and mature automation to build a localized smart manufacturing factory covering the full range of HVAC product lines.
